Part time (0.6FTE) opportunity

About the Role

Based primarily in our Eastwood office, with a flexible approach to working from home, this telephone and online based role responds to Cancer Council 13 11 20 consumer needs by providing comprehensive, credible information, psychological support and referral to internal and external services. The position supplements existing cancer services and ensures that all individuals have timely access to cancer information and support.

About You

We are looking for tertiary qualification in a health-related field (eg nursing, allied health, social work) and current registration with a nationally recognised peak body, with a sound knowledge of the psychosocial and information needs of people affected by cancer and understanding of the issues associated with cancer control.

This role is being offered as a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position with flexibility in times and days to be worked.
